Wish List

I'm a girl... its okay for me to have a constant wish list even this close after January sales?!

Benefit Porefessional- I had a little sample of Benefits Porefessional Primer and I have come to my senses and NEED this primer! It's amazing, It gives you a really smooth base to but foundation over and helps it all stay put! It seriously is brilliant..

iPad Mini- I looove my little iPod touch but i really want an iPad, i'm always on my iPod or my phone and these iPad mini's are so cute and small enough to carry around! (and a bit cheaper than the big ones!)

Zara Shopper Bag- This bag is everyyywhere in the blogging world and I want to get involved it love it! But I think I'm going to look out for a cheaper dupe and save some pennies!

The Body Shop All in One BB Cream- I saw Corrie from dizzybrunette3 talk about this agessss ago and her skin always looks flawless and my local Body Shop now stocks it!

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush- Real Techniques brushes are oneof my favorites and its time to add a new member and the expert face brush looks great for anything; foundation, cream blush or bronzer!

you're making me blush!

So valentines day is coming up so this made me think of rosy red cheeks! I love blusher, i have countless blushers but i thought i should share with you my fave blushers that you could wear for valentines day!

now onto the good stuff..

From left to right- No7, Benefit, Collection 200 - Bashfull, Gosh- Electric pink
without flash
with flash

Sorry about the awful swatches! As you can see i go for the very pink blushes but some of these have some great undertones that you may not be able to see in the swatch - sorry!

gosh blush - electic pink

This is my ultimate favorite every day, go-to blusher, i love it! Even though its called 'electric pink' its not that bright but i love it, its subtle but if you put a bit more on it really stands out! So you can go from day to night in a flash! I also like it that it hasn't got any shimmer as i like to wear shimmery eye shadow so it balances it out! It's very pink, as that's what i tend to go for but still has dark plum undertones and its also very pigmented! - so apply with a light hand!

Superdrug - £6.99

collection 200 blush- 02 bashful

This little gem was hiding in my make up stash and I've rediscovered and fallen in love. Its so cute! It is a baby pink color and blends lovely! The packaging isn't great at the name rubs off easily but that's what you get for cheaper brands but none the less the products great!
And i was super impressed with the detailing in the powder!

Superdrug £2.99

Benefit- Glamming face powder (only available it make up kit)

This blusher from benefir is from my 'I'm glam therefor i am life of the party' make up kit from my January Favorites post. Its so pretty, its quite subtle but has a bit of shimmer to add the glam! I dont really like the brush it came with but that's no loss!

No7 blush

I received a No7 gift set for Christmas and this gorgeous blush came with it! Its a rosy pink color and it goes on your cheeks so smoothly i love it! i am taking it in to find a good match so stay tuned!

No7 products can be purchased at Boots!

January Favorites!

So January has come to and end so i thought i would do a post on my favorite products of January since i got a lot for Christmas so i had a lot to try out!

Benefit "I'm glam so therefore i'm life of the party" make up kit

My mum purchased this make up kit for me for christmas and i love it! It comes with a few minis of there products so you can try them out. This came with Girl Meets Pearl- liquid pearl for face, Glamming Face Powder and a little brush, Life on the A List- Lipgloss, a four piece eye shadow pallete with colors which unfortunately you cant buy separate :(so i'm using them sparingly!) the only thing i don't like about this kit is the brush, but its not the worst!

Just Pink Lipbalm - Next

I also got this for Christmas from my mums friend and it's such a great find! I get dry lips so i don't wear lipstick that much but this balm has a little bit of pink color to it to revive my dull lips! I love it, and it smells great too!

Benefits Erase Paste (or course!)

From my previous post you know i love this concealer, i use this everyday and it never fails to impress. Click here for my review!

Soap and Glory's 'Hand Food' and 'The Righteous Butter'

I received a massive soap and glory set from my boyfriend for Christmas (he knows me well!) so it was hard to pick just a few products, but these are my most used, as you can see by the Hand Food almost gone! i have dry skins so both these products are great for me but even if i didn't have dry skin i would use them and they make your skin so soft and smell gorgeous!

Bobbi Brown make up brushes!

For the grand finale - my Bobbi Brown make up brushes! Oh how i love them, these were a treat to myself for... well..I got a ten piece set and it came with a little bag to keep them in- how cute! the set came with a foundation brush, blusher brush, face blender, bronzer, eyebrow, eye liner, concealer, eye shadow, cream eyeshadow and eye shader. I now use them everyday, they are so soft and apply products so well. The start of my growing brushes collection- sorry bank account!

Benefit Erase Paste Review.

I first purchased Erase Paste when i was gifted a make up lesson at one of my local Benefit stalls, I was determined to get it as i have heard so much about it! Erase Paste is a creamy concealer for under the eyes and can also be used for any other imperfections! (maybe a few spots or redness.)
The concealer comes in 3 different shades (i was matched to the lightest shade fair) even though there isnt a range of shades i have found that the concealer blends so well with my skin tone! It also has melon undertones which brightens the eyes when using it to target dark circles!
The product comes complete with a small spatula for scooping out the product (in sted of getting it all under your nail -annoying!) so that is really handy! And also comes with a set of step-by-step instructions, handy if your a first timer.
You can apply the product either with a concealer brush or your finger by dabbing it on with your index finger across the bottom of your eyes. The warmth from your fingers also help the product blend smoothy.
BEWARE YOU ONLY NEED A TINY BIT!
I have been using this now for over a month and i adore it! Seriously its great, it lasts most of the day and covers all my discoloration and imperfections (even those pesky dark circles.) I absolutely love this concealer.

You can purchase this product at any benefit counter or their website for £19.50.
